They're Back and Better than Ever!
Hey everybody!
I’m so excited to announce that this March my play, The Real Nestwives of the Cretaceous, will be produced at Boston University!
65,000,000 years ago a vibrant and powerful world was destroyed by a sudden cataclysm. The genetic hybrid of Jurassic Park and Desperate Housewives the play explores ideas of extinction, catastrophe and dinosaurs having brunch. This play takes the audience on a comical and crazy journey through the final weeks of the Cretaceous period, following Martha, Loretta and Barbara--three T-Rex's at the top of the food chain. The play finds an allegorical connection to the end of the dinosaurs and our own current moment and asks the essential question; what becomes of a dominant species when it's threatened with its complete demise? Can an entire world and way of life simply end? And most importantly, how can we still laugh in the face of destruction?
